So Saturday night was my 'class of 2008' prom
followed by the afterparty! wahey!

We all got ready round my friends house, with all our parents there taking photos of us.
All my friends looked gorgeous

So the best bit of the prom had to be when everyone arrived. It was mainly limos, sports and old fashioned cars that people came in, but we wanted something different that no one had done before. Sooo....we got a hippy van! Everyone said it was the best entrance so we were pretty smug about it

It was in our school hall and it looked great inside. There was a green netting sort of thing all over the ceiling with fairy lights in to look like stars. A Dancefloor with a pretty good DJ, and a cocktail bar with lots of yum drinks.
The place looked amazing and so did the people. All the girls looked gorgeous in their dresses and the guys did too. Half of them scrub up pretty well surprisingly. Everyone danced most of the night and they announced the awards at the end. With our invites we were given a form in which we had to vote for Prom King, Prom Queen, Most Trustworthy, Most Fashionable and Most Likely To Be A Millionaire Before Theyre 30.

She wasnt expecting it at all so it was lovely seeing her all happy (:

We all left soon after and headed back to my friends to get changed. Then about 12ish went onto the afterparty round my friends. That was good because he has a huge garden and he had a marqee and portable toilets outside so no one went in his house and it didnt get trashed. Everyone got drunk as expected. And everyone including myself did a few things we regret. Lets just say spin the bottle can get taken to far when youve been drinking wkd's followed by whisky. Yes Whisky. I dont even know why i drank it because it killed my throat :S
Nearly all of the year was there and it was a great way to end school seeing as I probably wont see half the people ever again!
I got picked up about 5am, and I dont think I'd ever seen so many people passed out under a tree as I did that morning.
